I cannot recommend Kristen enough! She was an integral part of helping me achieve my dream birth as my birth doula: an unmedicated VBAC. From the very beginning, she provided unwavering support and knowledge that set me up for a positive birth experience. During labor, her calming presence, expert guidance, and encouragement gave me the confidence I needed to stay focused. Her extensive knowledge of various positions and techniques, combined with her unwavering advocacy for my birth preferences, played a pivotal role in helping me achieve my VBAC. Additionally, her holistic care approach and breastfeeding support were invaluable during my postpartum period. I am so grateful to have found Kristen as my birth doula when I did. I reached out to her late in my third trimester, and she made time to meet with me frequently to condense everything as much as possible. I appreciate that she is completely unbiased and supports all birth plans. When I went into labor early, she was at the hospital within the hour and stayed until my baby was born. My experience at the hospital was not what I expected; the staff was rude and not very communicative, but Kristen advocated for me throughout the entire process. She encouraged my choices, including the decision to have an epidural, and brought supplies to help me through my contractions. She guided me to do elevated lateral lunges, which helped immensely, along with using the medicine ball and the peanut ball. As a first-time mom, I am so glad I had her there to provide holistic care and educate me about what the doctors and nurses were saying. Kristen also offered invaluable breastfeeding support and connected me with a lactation consultant. She captured beautiful photos of the birth that I will forever cherish and checked in on both me and the baby after he was born. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, especially with her knowledge of insurance-friendly care.

Kristen was amazing as my birth doula for my 5th birth. Having never experienced a natural birth before, I was very nervous about how my body would react and whether I could actually manage it. Her support not only helped me believe in my body but also made everything possible. I truly couldn’t have done it without her in the room with me.
